Screening and linking Oracle HCM

Through the integration with Oracle Cloud HCM, the validated identity data and passport or ID card are automatically added to Oracle's digital personnel file. ID check integration
A new employee must submit a copy of his or her ID card or passport before he or she starts employment. It is up to you as an employer to check the authenticity of these documents. It is also often necessary to request and submit an RTW document, a driver's license, the correct IBAN bank number and a VOG. When you hire or rotate a lot of people, that means a lot of manual control work. The automatic validation in your Valicare Portal puts an end to this. 100% Correct personal data to Oracle HCM is now a matter of seconds thanks to the fully automatic link with Valicare.
Automatic completion of the employee card
After validating the ID document, the fields on the ID are automatically filled in for you in Oracle. You no longer have to enter this personal data manually in the system. The employee card is automatically supplemented with the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Sex
- Document number
- BSN number
- Expiration date
- Nationality
